With the Bronze support package, we obtain all of your details, the system details and we go through a test remote connection to your system and investigate the setup. Included in this package are five free email support incidents per year. Any phone or actual remote interventions will be charged on a per incident basis.

With the Gold package you get everything from the Silver package and unlimited email support incidents, five phone support incidents and five remote interventions. You will receive much faster response times and a reduced rate for any further work that is required.

With the Platinum package you get everything from the Gold package and unlimited phone support and remote interventions. Your incidents will be our top priority.
This option is recommended for large businesses where continual service is essential. Customers who select the Platinum package will get a full refund for any support fees paid when they upgrade to our JLMS Enterprise product. |
