Digant (Digs) co-founded JZero in 1997 and has been working in the IT industry for over 13 years implementing financial and HR systems.

Prior to JZero, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and BNP Paribas as a systems accountant implementing financial systems.

Digs works directly with JZero's clients and partners globally in delivering innovative solutions around JZero's JLMS solution.

Paul co-founded JZero and has been working in the IT business for over 20 years, in engineering, banking and media sectors. In that time he has been involved with quality processes, development and technical project management.

He is an Australian who divides his time between India, London and West Australia.

Paul works behind the scenes with JZero's Indian development team, looking after technical operational matters. He is responsible for the provision of technical development services and leads the R&D team pushing Learning software and applications into the next generation of effectiveness.

Matt oversees our UK operation and is an experienced implementor of elearning services and solutions, with most of his experience gained in his 6 years with Thomson NETg.

He joined the JZero team in the summer of 2007, bringing with him the expertise of delivering elearning solution projects into the corporate and government sectors.

Matt is now an integral part of the team, working with both new and existing UK clients to deliver and manage our solutions.
